Information of the revisions on materials and shapes for TOP-1VB Cap

As for relief-valve of TOP-1VB series, we make a few modifications on the materials and shapes.

Current shape: Hexagonal-shaped metal

Revised shape: Column-shaped resin (Glass-reinforced nylon 66 )

The reason for the revision: To improve the production efficiency

The execution time: From June, 2005.

Remarks: There is no change in the externals size. Please regard the revised specifications as conventional ones. The revisions on materials and shapes for TOP-1AVB Cap are similarly. The drawings on HP will be revised on 1st June.

New product introduction GlobalGear pumps

The sales tie-up with TUTHILL Corporation in USA was done and the GlobalGear pumps began to be sold from last October.
This pump is the new idea of process pump, which is improved and developed based on the conventional process pump to satisfy the customers' needs.
The achievement of the improvement to various problems of the equipment controls such as "Poor work efficiency" and "Stock control" in the factory is enabled by this new structure.
The exchange working hours of each part and the purchase costs of parts can be greatly reduced by the module design. The main parts such as the pump gears can be exchanged without detaching piping. The seal exchange becomes 1/3 comparing with the conventional product.
This pump can pump various liquids such as the medicine, palm oil, the fuel oil, the print ink, the soap solution and the asphalt.

New product introduction aquatec diaphragm pumps

With the increase of the lineup of the water pumps, the sales tie-up with Aquatec Corporation in USA was done and the new diaphragm pumps aquatec were imported and sold from July.
The Aquatec Corporation is a manufacturer of the diaphragm pumps which are widely used in USA, Europe and Asia.
The feature of aquatec is compact and low noise. This pump is applicable to the washing machine or water purifier using water supply, force feeding or atomization. And it is best for the food and beverage equipment thanks to the materials conforming to the food-hygiene standards.
As there are no mechanically sliding parts in fluid contact areas, there is no fluid leakage. And it is highly effective that can be driven by a small electrical current.
Special materials of the main parts make it possible to correspond to the chemical liquid by changing the material. And it is possible to be used with the physics and chemistry equipments.
The flow rate is 0.7～18L/min. The suction pressure is up to 0.42MPa and the discharge pressure is up to 0.5～0.9MPa.

Patent Granted for an Improved Trochoid Rotor

A patent was recently awarded for an improved rotor used for the "2HB Series" trochoid pump.
In a conventional internal gear pump, the suction flow is accelerated when the flow rate is increased. When the suction flow exceeds a certain point, the noise level sharply increases due to tiny bubbles in fluid generated by a negative pressure (or cavitation).
The new trochoid rotor is designed to keep the suction flow less turbulent, resulting in reduced cavitation and less bubble generation, therefore less noise.
The "2HB Series" pump also has an improved suction port and low noise is realized thanks to the use of trochoid rotor of low noise type.
