S series Motor

Features of brake

  • A long service life is ensured by use of a wet type multi-disc.
  • A high load bearing is used for the output shaft so that the shaft is resistant to radial loads.
  • The brake mechanism is reliable and safe thanks to the pressurizing open type.
  • Thanks to the wet type brake mechanism, worry about rust is not needed.

GWM

To ensure reliable braking, stopping and enhance working safety, a mechanical brake is adopted.

The GWM series motor with the mechanical brake is a compact, low-speed and high-torque motor with a built-in pressure release type mechanical brake. The motor is designed so that brake is mechanically applied when the pilot pressure in the circuit is released, which ensures reliable braking and stopping, thereby provides work safety.

Applications

  • For ships: braking of the boom winch, wire reel winch and side roller
  • For industrial machinery: positioning of carriers including belt conveyors, preventing the screw of the ejection molding machine from reverse rotation
  • For vehicles: braking of the truck, crane winch, preventing drift when stopping the mini-back hoe swing unit, preventing free running on the crawler slope.

Brake specifications

Two pilot systems are available: external and internal system.

PM-O power motor

Features

Especially, requirements for high-performance and compact configuration in the higher rank are put forward. The NOP group has integrated the conventional speed reducer and hydraulic motor into one piece. This integration has resulted in the development of a compact, low-speed, high-torque high-performance and power-saving power motor.
