Diaphragm pumps [Aquatec]

Aquatec Diaphragm Pumps

Applications

Food equipment, beverage equipment, water purifiers, laboratory equipment, cleaning equipment, agricultural equipment, general industrial machinery

Features

  1. Low noise
  2. High efficiency -----can be driven by a small electrical current.
  3. Self-priming ability
  4. All of the liquid end parts are resin manufactured so they are rust proof.
  5. Is able to handle chemical fluids due to its corrosion resistance.
  6. As there are no mechanically sliding parts in fluid contact areas, there is no fluid leakage.
  7. Simple construction
  8. Materials conforming to the food-hygiene standards are used for the liquid-end parts.

The shaded regions in the performance chart and the graph of surface temperature rise indicate the regions of continuous operation possible without motor cool down. However, for preservation of the consumable parts, please only operate the pump when it is required.

  1. The -□-curved line in the graph represents the increasing surface temperature values for a motor operating with a current of 0.60 Amps.If the pump is operated with a current of less than 0.60 Amps, continuous operation is possible.
  2. The -X- curved line is an example of the increasing surface temperature values when the motor is being operated at 0.66 Amps. In this case, due to the temperature increasing with time, continuous operating of the motor for a long period will activate the thermal protector to shutdown the motor automatically.
  3. This model has a built-in thermal protector. To protect the motor, when the surface temperature reaches 63 °C, the thermal protector will be activated to shutdown the motor. When the motor has cooled down, it will be re-activated automatically and operation will be resumed.

The values in the above performance chart and the graph of surface temperature rise are only approximate representations. As the values may vary depending on the pump installation conditions, please use the pump after confirming the values by performing tests on the actual pump to be used.
